I help clients develop ideas and turn them into systems.
I’m also a CXEA Academy Instructor and a public speaker who motivates my audiences with energy and humor.
I’ve been working with the X-Commandments methodology since 2012. At the time, I worked with The DiJulius Group to develop and implement the customer service systems and employee engagement strategy for a consumer banking company, where I served as Director of Customer and Employee Experience.
On a personal note, I’m passionate about improving business by developing and training people at various organizations where I leverage my expertise in company culture and experience as a consultant.
I’m a 2017 nominee for Nashville’s 30 under 30, and love traveling and collecting as many experiences as possible from all corners of the world!
