Salon Industry Certification

The Salon Industry Specific certification course is two full days, presented by John DiJulius.

Day one: Secret Service
You will learn Secret Service methodology, the keynote used by John DiJulius, the principles of Secret Service and creation of Secret Service Systems specifically for the beauty industry.
Day two: The Customer Experience Cycle Workshop
You'll work on the set-up, preparation, direction and facilitation of this valuable workshop. You'll also participate in a mock workshop and have a chance to actually facilitate one of the stages. The information gained from this mock workshop alone will give you million dollar ideas to implement and take your business to the next level


Participation is required for both days.

This two day course will be presented by John DiJulius at John’s training center in Cleveland, Ohio. You will be learn how to create a culture that consistently goes above and beyond what your customer expects and how to hire and retain those who are aligned with world-class


Agent Certification

Day one: Secret Service

Day three: Presentation Preparation
Learn the secrets to creating a presentation that entertains and educates. You'll learn the outline used by the world's foremost speakers to engage their audience from start to finish.
Day four: Presentation Skills Now you'll put it all together and have the opportunity to role play and watch others. You'll work on dynamic story-telling and other facets that make people want to listen to you on stage, or off.

Expectations

Individuals accepted into the certification program will be expected to attend and complete the full days of training. Participants are expected to complete any homework assignments, contribute during class, and participate fully in all activities.

Tuition for both Agent Certification & Powerful Presentations four full days of training with John DiJulius (this includes 2 days of Agent Certification and 2 days of Powerful Presentation)

Tuition after June 1st is $6,200

Participants may also register separately for Parts I and II for Agent Certification and Powerful Presentation. Pricing as follows:

Powerful Presentations $3,000.00 before June 1st
Tuition after June 1st is $3,995.00

Attendance to these exclusive courses is extremely limited. Individuals will be selected on a first-come/first-serve basis once their application has been accepted and approved by The DiJulius Group. Those chosen to be certified to present the Secret Service Keynote and facilitate the Customer Experience Cycle Workshop will also be the first notified of additional certification classes in other exclusive DiJulius Group services as they become available.
