Hi, I’m Dave.

I help our clients generate fresh, game-changing customer service ideas and then turn those into actionable systems. 

My role at the DiJulius Group is that of a facilitator, where I strive to make all participants feel comfortable – creating an ideal environment for idea generation and sharing.

My passion is helping organizations create new standards that help them deliver a better experience to their customers – and also make the company an even better place to work!

Prior to joining TDG, I had 20 years of experience in customer service, marketing, and sales, primarily in the sports and entertainment industry. My experience varies from leading call centers and front-line team members to working closely with key partners and stakeholders.

Today, I’m also an accomplished keynote speaker, that is able to bring energy and passion to a room, all while making a connection with audience members and delivering motivational and actionable content.

When I’m not working with TDG’s tremendous client base, I enjoy spending time with my family (wife Tracy and three children), running (especially seeing new sites on the road), or trying to play golf!
