Hi, I’m Denise.


I focus on growing our reach, the business, and developing products and services to serve our team and clients.


I’ve worked with John DiJulius over 20 years and helped him build two successful organizations: John Robert’s Spa, a chain of salons & spas to one of the Top 20 Salons in America, and the DiJulius group.


Throughout the past decade, I’ve helped John research what it takes to be a World-Class service company, as well as being a key part in helping pioneer dozens of revolutionary customer service concepts and techniques that are used worldwide today (Secret Service Systems and the X-Commandment methodology.)


I’m happy to report that through mine and my teams efforts, The DiJulius Group has become the leading consulting firm on Customer Experience.


When I’m not causing a shift in dozens of company’s cultures, I enjoy reading, working out and abstract art.
