Lindsey Friedel is The DiJulius Group’s Client Relationship Director. She coordinates the logistics (keynotes), calls, and product needs, for you and our team. The majority of her time is spent behind the scenes, working on office administration and accounts payable but she also manages the day-to-day needs of our CX Coaches and CXE Academy students. She is the glue that connects all aspects of our business and the oil that keeps it running smoothly. With Lindsey by your side, you can be confident in knowing that you will have everything you need for your events and/or product needs, when you need it (and sometimes even before you ask.)
