Hi, I’m Claudia.


My job is to turn our customer’s goals into actionable plans that impact their customer’s experience.


In my day-to-day routine, my job is to create a culture that’s focused on what your customers want. I work closely with both the consultants and clients and oversee the results of the entire customer experience project.


This is done by analyzing the impact on KPIs such as an increase in customer satisfaction, loyalty, referrals, and revenues.


On a personal note, I have more than 20 years of experience in customer experience, sales, marketing, effectively building positive relationships, and working with large and small-scale customers.


I’m also a proud mother of two children that loves to live a healthy lifestyle and travel the world!
